I started my career in the health insurance industry as an eligibility representative. While in this role, I honed my skills in client onboarding, email communications with clients and invoicing. As an executive assistant in the mortgage industry, I supported executive directors with HR tasks, expense reports, accounts receivable, calendar and schedule, meeting minutes and travel arrangements. I realize how much of a benefit administrative support is for business owners to alleviate the back end tasks. And even though each business and project was unique, the support they needed was often the same. Each tasks is valuable at restoring time to a clients day.
Many people in my life own businesses that provide services to the public consumer. I have witnessed the loss of personal time, loss of family time and the burnout that results from an overload of work tasks. From this observation, Jessica Bonilla Virtual Solutions was born. With my years of expertise in administrative solutions, I know that I can support many businesses with their tasks.
